Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b> Take ownership for delivering complex projects </b><br><br>As the Lead Quality Specialist - QA Engineering, you will develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context. <br><br>You will also be responsible for: <br><br><ul><li>Managing Engineering Procure Construct tendering and project execution phases. Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability. Establish and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract. Ensure customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.<br></li><li>Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.<br></li><li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems<br></li><li>Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will need to:<br> <br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).<br></li><li>Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering.<br></li><li>Have strong oral and written communication skills.<br></li><li>Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.<br></li><li>Be able to influence others and lead small teams.<br></li><li>Leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.<br></li><li>Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.<br></li><li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills.<br></li><li>Ha proven analytical and organizational ability.<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
