At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Corporate Health Manager and Project Health </b>within <b>Eni Iraq </b>in <b>Barsa, Iraq</b>. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a health management system. You will be advising and liaising with partners and subsidiaries to ensure the highest standard for health provision.<br />
<br />
<b>As a member of the HSEQ Team at Eni Iraq B.V you will be responsible for </b> :</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing and implementing the health programmed for Eni Iraq with regard to all aspects of occupational health, medical support and community health in accordance with Eni NR standards, best practice and Iraqi legislation.</li>
<li>Coordinating the Health Activities within eni Iraq</li>
<li>Co-ordination and monitoring the Medical Support, Occupational Health and Health Management System activities.</li>
<li>Representing the company in the relation with government and national and international organizations involved in the activity of the Health Social Project.</li>
<li>Managing in all the development phases of the health social project in the country</li>
<li>Monitoring and follow-up with all the coordinators about the development of the health social project.</li>
<li>Assessment the sustainability of the medical activities delivered by health project</li>
<li>Ensuring the liaison with medical centres and hospitals that have relation with the health social project.</li>
<li>Liaising and advising partners and subsidiaries with regards to health standards and procedure at offices and fields</li>
<li>Ensuring the liaison with local medical centers and hospitals</li>
<li>Ensuring the participation in company HSE activities.</li>
<li>Establishing the direct support in health matters to the HR & Organization Director, Safety, Environment management representative of Eni Iraq</li>
<li>Ensuring the identification and mitigation of health risks to employees, contractors and the communities where we work</li>
<li>Set standards for and monitor the provision of medical services to Eni Iraq and subsidiaries</li>
<li>Supporting production, exploration and development projects in relation to the health matters.</li>
<li>Coordinating medical emergency actions with regard to Eni employees in Iraq</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Internationally recognized medical degree meeting the requirements for a doctor</li>
<li>Certification and registration in a primary care specialty (EU/US level or equivalent) with at previous post certification experience in industry</li>
<li>Certification and registration in occupational/public health or relative (EU/US level or equivalent) desirable</li>
<li>Has a thorough understanding of HSE management system, matched with a vision of the importance of the health component, and the ability to translate this vision in practical solutions.</li>
<li>Has a sound knowledge of clinical health issues</li>
<li>Understands and have experience / affinity with public and community health as part of sustainable development.</li>
<li>Has Health management audit experience.</li>
</ul>
