HR Manager - Luxury Beauty Brand

<p>Handle are excited to be working with this luxury beauty brand who are looking for for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis. </p><p>This is a broad standalone generalist role partnering with 65 in the UK and c 15 in the US. Reporting into the COO, it is an exciting opportunity to come on board and put processes in from scratch! You will be able to give advice on policies/processes and implement them alongside managing the day to day HR for the company. There is a lot of scope and autonomy with this role and the opportunity to make the role your own!</p><p>The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with around 5 years' HR experience and have worked their way up to HR Manager/BP level. They need someone who can get to know every individual in the company and nurture them as they haven't had this presence before.
