­ministrator in Training (Full Time)

Fulfill your requirement to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) with an industry leader by joining as an Administrator in Training (AIT). Under the direction of a NHA/Preceptor, you will participate in a variety of activities at the nursing center. Success is measured by the demonstration of an ability to independently lead a nursing center and by meeting all state-specific standards for licensure eligibility. Position Highlights Visible role where you will attend regional meetings, conferences and workshops with NHA/Preceptor. Participate in task groups that have region-wide and/or company-wide impact Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth. Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement.
