<b>Quality Assurance Specialist</b><br><br><b>Are you passionate about delivering quality through meeting standards and procedures?</b><br><br><b>Would you like to be part of a team that puts quality first?</b><br><br>Join our Cutting Edge Quality Team<br><br>Partner with the best<br><br>The Quality Assurance Specialist is a critical role that will be responsible for managing top business priority challenges, partnering with multiple functions (Sourcing, PM, Engineering, Quality, etc.) Identify business gaps and risks in current processes and then follow a continuous improvement methodology to provide sustainable solutions and proper control points. This role will also support with internal/external audits as well as, managing the site compliance calendar. <br><br>As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Supporting with internal/External Audits</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining compliance calendar/certs</li><li>Drive cert renewals for CML, National Boards, ASME, etc</li><li>Working within or across functions to drive process improvements around the recertification process.</li><li>Driving standardization, solutions, and optimization of business processes.</li><li>Reviewing and process documents supporting the Nuclear Value Stream</li><li>Maintaining the integrity of the Quality Records in accordance with Company and ASME Code requirements</li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion<br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a Bachelors degree or high school diploma and equivalent work experience </li><li> Experience working in a team environment </li><li> Working experience with internal and external audits </li><li> Experience with maintaining business certifications and site certifications </li><li> Display understanding of defects, problem-solving skills or an enthusiasm to learn and develop your skill set in a hands-on environment </li><li> Have excellent communication skills and the ability to be a valuable team player </li><li> Strong team player who works to make the entire team successful </li></ul><br><br>As part of our commitment to the health & safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.<br><br>Work in a way that works for you<br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
