If you share our passion for discovery and want to find out what you could really do, then here is the place to do it.<br> <br> <b> Job Summary </b><b>: </b><br> <br> Deploy SRPC supplier quality policy for a panel of partners based in France & worldwide in the electrical field: Contract Manufacturer, electrical component manufacturing, electro-mechanical manufacturer & integrator<br> <br> <b> Essential Responsibilities and Duties </b><br> <ul> <li> Monitor quality performance through data analysis and propose continuous improvement actions</li> <li> Draw first article qualification process with the support of technical team</li> <li> Interface with supplier to prepare FA production launch, review and approve FAI files and ultimately provide return on experience</li> <li> Collaborate with suppliers to get nonconformities root cause analysis, develop actions plan and assess efficiency of actions</li> <li> Conduct QMS audits and Process audits, write reports and follow up on findings</li> <li> Support Supply Chain team in their suppliers assessment and reviews (ABR QBR)</li> <li> Support engineering team for integration of new supplier or new manufacturing processes</li> <li> Interface with upper management to report supplier portfolio performance, nonconformance follow up, action on going...</li> <li> Participate to the development of quality team by proposing and implementing CI projects</li> <li> Follow all applicable SLB QHSE policies, standards, procedures, reporting, certification...</li> </ul> <br> The job is based at Clamart (SRPC), with frequent business travel to plan around 25% of working time.<br> <br> <b> Required skills </b><br> <ul> <li> Electrical engineering/master degree</li> <li> 5+ years experience minimum in quality, with significant exposure to supplier quality field and able to relate work experience for each bullet point describing main mission tasks (see above)</li> <li> Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes</li> <li> Knowledgeable in soldering/brazing</li> <li> Has a lead auditor certificate in ISO9001:2015</li> <li> English & French fluent</li> </ul> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
