Summary Chenega’s Security Strategic Business Unit has an immediate opening for a Recruiter to join our growing team. This position can be fully or partially remote. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Recruit proactively, aggressively, and compliantly to fill all positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner to ensure operational goals are met. Source, recruit, pre-screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions. Positions may require government clearances and certifications. Implement a proactive recruitment strategy to achieve varying staffing requirements for current positions and future business. Support multiple types of openings including fully funded and bid & proposal. Identify and use creative sourcing techniques for locating candidates. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate staffing status and employment metrics reports. Communicate with hiring managers to clarify specific hiring needs. Work with Recruiting Manager to determine short-term and long-term priorities. Work with recruiting team as needed; attend job fairs; review job descriptions; and support proposal efforts. Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of related recruiting experience preferably in a government contract environment. Experience may be substituted for formal education. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities for various internal and external customers. Demonstrated experience with sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs. Required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID vaccine Attestation/Restrictions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Prior experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Experience with building and cultivating relationships with candidates. Experience testing new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that drive results. Strong knowledge of EEOC and OFCCP compliance. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Self-starter, attention to detail, focus and commitment. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office suite. Must be organized with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and balance multiple priorities to serve multiple internal companies in a collaborative team environment. Must have the ability to handle high stress environments and work efficiently and rapidly, adjusting to changing business needs under the pressure of constant deadlines.
