Responsibilities Act as primary contact, technical expert and training specialist on all new IT computing, collaboration, meeting technology products and services Develop written, audio, visual and online materials to communicate and train best practices Work with Peers and customers to prioritize and identify agency CIO IT and conferencing hardware and software tools in need of training Execute Atlanta and non-Atlanta virtual and in-person seminar and training programs on new products and services See out best practices from vendors and other training institutes to develop a world class Public Health technology training program Increase the customers awareness of new agency technologies and recommended support programs Design, develop and create print, web and new technology marketing materials Manage in rolling out new technologies and system training programs to agency public health staff Oversee the onboarding new staff in the utilization and adoption of current and new IT meeting technologies. Qualifications 1 - 3 years of experience in design and development of marketing materials 1-year experience in rolling out new technologies and systems training programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Teleworking Details Telework is not permitted on this contract. Staff are required to report on-site Monday - Friday.
