Wood is currently recruiting for a Recruiter who is ready to join our global Operations business. This opportunity will be based in our Perth CBD office and is a permanent role.<br />

Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Manager - APAC West and working as part of a collaborative Resourcing team, you will support the full life cycle of the recruitment process for Wood&
39;s Brownfields Oil & Gas business across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. You will focal point candidate experience and sourcing while partnering with stakeholders working across candidate engagement, management and onboarding.<br />

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b><br />
<br />
Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar Recruiter role and have relevant industry experience in either Mining / Construction / Oil & Gas market sectors. External agency experience a would be an asset, as would exposure to both white / blue collar sectors, but is not essential.<br />
<br />
<b>You must be an Australian citizen or hold Permanent Residency (PR) and be able to work lawfully in Australia to be considered for this opportunity.</b><br />
<br />
In addition, you will also have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in candidate attraction and sourcing - advert writing, phone screening, CV reviewing, shortlisting, interview scheduling and networking</li>
<li>Excellent administration skills and flexibility to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)</li>
<li>Professional presentation and a proactive approach to tasks with diligent attention to detail</li>
<li>A "solutions mindset" with the ability to work under pressure while being able to consistently deliver within complex environment</li>
<li>Tech & Social media savvy with intermediate capability across MS Office (Excel, Word), LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems</li>
</ul>
