<p>As a senior experienced professional, you have substantial experience (Greater than 10 years) working in Finance, preferably within the Energy business. You combine this with a passion for staff development and growth, including Competency Development and Learning, and have demonstrated this by leading and helping others to grow as you progressed your career. This role will recognize your experience and give you the opportunity to invest and give back to others as they build their own capability with your support. In this role you will be willing to grow and develop the role as the business needs change and are able to work strategic challenges with senior stakeholders as well as deep dive into operational issues.</p>
