We are hiring the best talent for Payroll Analyst – Fixed Term (24 Months) to be located in Argentina. Main responsibilities: Control of News which impacts in Payroll processes, such as Hires, including legal, taxes and Sicoss information; News including Wages Types application and opportunity. Managing and receiving from HR, any information related to administration, wages, retirement, taxes in accordance with previously established Methods and Terms under the required security levels and the effective Payroll Calendars. Assuring the suitable and complete information for TPV Payroll processing Employees Salary Payment and Social Security and legal requirements fulfillment Fulfill all legal OpCos responsibilities Also, Maintaining Files of Documents and/or Information within the scope of its action in accordance with the Rules established in J&J’s Payroll Policies - Documentary Filing Terms. Apply Payroll Policies and SOX rules and guidelines J&J Internal Policies and SOX and Compliance fulfillment. Also, J&J Payroll Organization shall be responsible for informing in due time any public policy changes in labor, pension and tax matters that may affect Payroll process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Accounting, Finance, HR or related areas. At least 2 years of experience in Payroll areas, with strong technical knowledge. If you have work experience in payroll processes Latam (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay) it is a great plus.
