Collaborate with other departments in system administration, enhancements, testing, new releases, workflows, business rules, data governance, data audits, reporting, process improvement, interfaces, and other related system functions. Build, maintain, review and present data reports, metrics, and analysis. Provide HR Users and other business partners with training, technical support, and system changes. This position reports to Sr. Director of HR and Strategic Analytics and has no direct reports. Oversee and own HR data functions, HR business rules and electronic HR workflows in multiple HR systems. Responsible for data integrity and governance of the systems including deep knowledge of logical data fields, building complex reports, and steps needed to ensure data integrity. Support all HR functions by producing and cleaning large sets of data using advanced Excel, Access, UKG BI and Cognos reporting skills to provide detailed and expert reporting/ analysis used in business decisions. Conduct periodic data, system, and process audits, recommend process/systems improvements regularly to address system bugs, inaccurate setups, and perform effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with department management and executives to ensure data is correctly mapped within the systems for accurate reporting and system integrity. Develop and/or present training programs for HR systems and oversee business process training for other end-users related to features in multiple HR systems. Provide guidance and training to HR Users and other business partners regarding features, reporting, and tools. Serve as a liaison with third parties, all HR departments and other stakeholders (e.g. IT, Payroll, Clinical Scheduling), for any system related functions, including, but not limited to, functional system requirements, configuration, interfaces, testing, workflows, business rules, change management, implementation of new features and upgrades to the HR systems. Lead annual programs involving system and data administration including annual employee surveys and recognition program as well as serving as backup for the doctor compensation program. Job Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in computer science, or a related field, minimum seven years of experience with large HR/HCM systems, electronic employee records, and electronic workflows, OR equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Licenses, Certificate and Registrations SHRM-SCP Preferred Knowledge of: Principles, practices and standards of human resource administration. Human resource information systems (HRIS). Database maintenance basic concepts.Principles, practices, and standards of human resource administration. Proficient in working with human resource information systems, preferable with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Dimensions, iCIMS, Cognos BI Reports. Database maintenance basic concepts. Skill In: Utilizing Microsoft suite including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access. Performing accurate data entry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to: Work in a fast-paced environment. Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Organize and manage multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner. Relate with others in a respectful, constructive manner. Represent the Company in a professional manner to customers, employer groups, brokers, professional associations, and the public. Handle highly sensitive and confidential information relating to HR. Work within established policies and procedures. Think critically and uncover root-causes of issues. Uphold and exemplify the Company’s core values. Additional qualifications: Current government mandates require full COVID vaccination status, or lawful exemption status, for all persons, including student externs, who will be working or present in an Oregon or Washington health care facility. A pending federal government mandate may require other individuals to attain full COVID vaccination status, lawful exemption status or weekly COVID testing. These rules will be implemented as required by the law. Quarantine may be required for persons working or present in a health care facility, experiencing signs or symptoms of COVID infection or after being exposed to someone who is COVID positive.
