<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b></p>

<p>Overall responsibility of preparing, managing and controlling Department Budget and prepare precise/timely cost reports to the manager after constant monitoring the expenditure status in comparison to the approved budget, monitor, back charges to third party contractors &amp; Joint Ventures and processing of invoice payment to contractors.</p>

<b>Education</b></p>

<p>Bachelor or Master of Commerce (B-Com) specialized in Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting with CMA, CPA or equivalent certification in Advanced Professional Accounting, Cost Engineering and Systems Analysis.</p>

<p><br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b></p>

<p>8 years in an advanced Financial Accounting position preferably in budgeting, costing, planning related activities in the Oil and Gas industry. Including at least 3 years in a commercial position related to cost &amp; planning. SAP R3 knowledge. Skilled in the use of PC with hands on knowledge of various software like MS Word, MS Excel &amp; MS Power Point.<br />
