Specialist, EMEA, Recruitment & Onboarding with italian Location: Prague Contract: full time, unlimited We are looking for Specialist II, EMEA, Recruitment & Onboarding, YOU take ownership of the administration tasks related to Recruitment and Onboarding process. This may include, but will not be limited to, coordinating background checks, initiating Works Council hearings, generating offers and initiating provisioning for new joiners. YOU will demonstrate customer service orientation and knowledge of Human Resource processes and related systems to perform responsibilities, operating as a liaison with candidates, employees, the local, regional and global HR service center teams, payroll and external vendor as applicable. YOU will be responsible for ensuring compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (employees, managers, other GS and BU departments, suppliers). Last but not least, YOU will be responsible for following HR processes, policies and legislation. The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Receive, assign, update, classify, process cases in case management application for one or more processes Identify case challenges and opportunities, and escalate to the supervisor/manager if needed Ensure integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of transactions & documentation Update the knowledge management system with new available documents or guidelines Preparation, Completion and Distribution of contracts and offer packages to selected candidates for numerous countries in EMEA region Administration related to onboarding activities, such as Works Council hearings, background checks, necessary documentation collection, data integrity checks and inputs in the Workday system Take ownership of all Recruitment and Onboarding Administration assigned tasks, initiatives, and inquiries to make sure that they are resolved / completed efficiently Identify areas for improvement on daily operational processes Provide support to implement improvement initiatives Perform special projects and related duties as assigned Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish or French is an advantage 2-4 years of HR Administration experience Service Center experience, HR and/or Payroll Service Center preferred Basic understanding of HR Functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Workforce Data Administration, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations) or Payroll Experience using Case Management tools (ideally SFDC) Excellent communication (oral and written) skills Experience using Workday Ability to perform administrative activities Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues This is what awaits YOU at J&J: An opportunity to be part of a global market leader.
