Sr Financial Analyst - Biosense Webster R&D

In this role you will partner with Global R&D leaders to drive innovation strategies, evaluate business opportunities, and manage R&D departmental spend. This role will require cross functional collaboration to evaluate pipeline innovation projects and support worldwide opportunities to enhance growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: • R&D core team member for key projects • Financial Planning (including Budget/Forecast) • Accounting Close responsibilities (including Journal Entries and Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations) including adherence to SOX, WWP’s and internal policies • Assist with Financial valuation of new product innovation pipeline • Partnering with other finance management and other functional areas throughout the organization Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting • A CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certification(s) preferred • A minimum of three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required • Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to think strategically and creatively and work in a team environment is required. • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • The ability to effectively take on leadership roles and partner with associates at all levels of an organization in various functions is required.
