The Manager, Employee Engagement at J&J Vision will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies for internal employee engagement and support Employer Value Proposition externally. The role will drive internal strategic employee engagement opportunities to rally employees towards business goals and objectives. This individual will also be responsible for internal communications in support of DEI and innovation initiatives to continue to build a winning culture. Key Responsibilities: Execute against editorial calendar for purpose storytelling featuring patients, products, disease state, science, employees and community impact Execute Global town halls/BU global town hall support Inform & celebrate key data, product breakthroughs, tier 1 medical meetings across internal channels with enhanced employee engagement components Own disease state awareness internal communications planning and execution (myopia, Presby, HVM, Cataract, etc.) DEI Activator Network Communications Liaison (Around the Table) VFG Volunteer Network Communications Lead Creation & execution of dashboard (internal, external, BU, VFG) Deepen digital channel options and new tools, and champion them for our team (salesforce & airtable expert) Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree is required with a preference of study in the areas of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or closely related field Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite programs Experience in leading employee communications programs and strategies Experience with executive thought leadership/communications Preferred: Proven ability to lead with influence Able to navigate ambiguity Success in working large-scale, global multi-channel campaigns Other: Up to 5% domestic and international travel At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
