As a team with integrity, we create value with impactful decisions by effectively connecting ideas and people.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for Product Quality Review associated with manufacturing process. You will develop an operational year plan for manufacturing activities and suggest improvements. You will act as the cell focal point of Test Quality, driving the cell to meet quality goals.<br><br>As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Being the quality reference for special processes ( Grinding , Heat Treatment, Shotpeening , Coating, NDT ) and conventional machining (Milling) <br></li><li>Leading the Cell/Line in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives; <br></li><li>Providing answer to customer's issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan; <br></li><li>Driving the Cell / Line towards defect / COQ reduction, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the Non-Conformity; <br></li><li>Leading reviews with COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance; <br></li><li>Being responsible for verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects; <br></li><li>Driving Farm-Out supplier quality: perform Farm-Out supplier qualifications reviewing 1st piece qualification and performing periodic quality/surveillance audits; <br></li><li>Driving the Cell/Line in qualifying critical/special processes and performing quality/surveillance audits; <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b> <br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><br> &bull; Have a BSc in Engineering fields with good experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Production Quality Control. <br><br> &bull; Have working knowledge of quality tools, lean concepts, root cause analysis and be competent in Microsoft Office. <br><br> &bull; Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent both in English and Italian (oral and written). <br><br> &bull; Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office. <br><br> &bull; Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex quality issues <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
