You will be seen as a technical expert for design and development. You will develop a roadmap for architecture, scalability, availability, and performance for integrating multiple systems.<br><br>As a Lead Software Architect, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Providing expertise in Design, Architecture, Development, Continuous Integration and Delivery to ensure constant innovation</li><li>Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards</li><li>Leading impact assessments and decisions related to technology choices, design /architectural considerations and implementation strategy</li><li>Aligning solutions to meet market needs based on in-depth knowledge of customers industry and technology</li><li>Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate</li><li>Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.</li><li>Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly analytical</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of relevant experience</li><li>Be able to build value proposition with total customer focus</li><li>Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding</li><li>Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment</li><li>Hands-on experience with leading technology stack like Java/.Net</li><li>Hands-on experience with front-end technology stack like Angular, React</li><li>Hands-on experience with development of REST services, using Spring Boot/Node JS/ .Net technologies </li><li>Hands-on experience with database design and optimization using databases like MS SQL, Postgre SQL or My SQL or any other leading DB</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Low Code environment (OutSystems/Power Apps/ Mendix)</li><li>Exposure to NO/LOW CODE PaaS like OutSystems, Salesforce, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform</li><li>Experience in designing and deploying cloud agnostic application (deployed on public/private cloud or on-premises servers) would be an added advantage</li><li>Has worked on 3+ project from inception to production, deployed in cloud (AWS/Azure/private)</li><li>Have experience with IOT based application</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly analytical</li><li>Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate</li><li>Preferred OutSystems
