This position will work closely with business leaders in the Brand, Brand Experience, Sales, Consumer & Market Insights, and Strategy and Growth teams to build capabilities across our commercial functions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions to build capabilities in our business teams and commercial functions Partner with Subject Matter Experts to create and deliver learning experiences Leverage different methodologies, including ILT, VILT, simulations, eLearning, micro learning, mobile learning, case studies, communities of practice, action learning, coaching/mentoring, etc. Follow and maintain standards for branding guidelines and establish governance of overall content MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of Learning & Development or business development experience 1-2 years project management experience Experience with cross-functional collaboration Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and influence partners Experience leading end-to-end experience design Comfort with ambiguity PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of capability building & development experience 5+ years of project management experience Experience working as part of a learning & development team Experience leveraging contractors and 3rd party vendors Expertise in using multiple content authoring tools, such as Articulate, Captivate, Rise, Camtasia, Canva, etc. Experience in learning design software and graphic design ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. General Mills will not sponsor applicants for a U.S. work visa.
