HR COORDINATOR OVERVIEW: The Human Resources Coordinator will be an integral part of the Albuquerque HR Team with responsibility for leading the payroll and disability processes, managing our relationship with the plant’s uniform vendor, coordinating plant-wide activities and supporting various initiatives as needed. This individual will provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and HR Manager and their departments. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and must be willing to flex work hours to meet business requirements as appropriate. Core hours are expected to be from 8am to 4pm, with 40h/week work schedule, Monday-Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process Management & Maintenance Payroll processing, reconciliation, and reporting Disability claims management Relationship management with uniform vendor (resolve issues, invoices, etc.) Unemployment claims management Doc routing management Plant-wide recognition program management Employee files maintenance Coordination & Support Plant-wide events coordination & support Plant-wide communications coordination New hire evaluation coordination Career system promotion logistics support COVID case management support Office supply order coordination Separations support (Exit Survey, Exit Checklist) Miscellaneous Ensure adherence to all plant safety and food safety policies Conduct Weekly Safety Observations Conduct Quarterly GMP Walkthroughs Pillar Team participation Sort mail/mailbox updates Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School or GED required Display a high level of integrity Able to manage and protect confidential information Demonstrate ownership and accountability for results Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities/workstreams Able to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems Able to manage budgets and execute projects on time, within budget Strong Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, PPT, one note, outlook) Self-starter, enjoys working in a high-paced manufacturing environment Process-oriented, with continuous improvement mindset PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate or BA/BS degree preferred Experience with payroll systems & technology Experience managing disability claims COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
