<p>We are now looking for a <strong>Recruitment Manager</strong> to join the organisation on a 9 -12 month fixed term contract.</p>
<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the delivery of GNM’s recruitment strategy and ensuring that organisation wide commitments are met. Provide expertise, working closely with stakeholders, including the HR Director, Diversity forums and senior leadership teams Effectively manage the recruitment team and ensure consistently delivery of a full recruitment service aligned to company values and agreed policies</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>

<li>Experience of delivering an end to end recruitment strategy in line with organisation values Proven experience of leading an internal recruitment team with success Experience of effective business partnering at all levels Significant recruitment experience to include a blend of both in-house and agency experience</li>
