Fulfill your requirement to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) with an industry leader by joining as an Administrator in Training (AIT). Under the direction of a NHA/Preceptor, you will participate in a variety of activities at the nursing center. Success is measured by the demonstration of an ability to independently lead a nursing center and by meeting all state-specific standards for licensure eligibility. Position Highlights Visible role where you will attend regional meetings, conferences and workshops with NHA/Preceptor. Participate in task groups that have region-wide and/or company-wide impact Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth.
