<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 10pt;''>Represent PD&MS with Clients, Suppliers / Vendors and Certifying Authorities in a professional manner.</span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''>Identification of design scope of work required to undertake a project/job.  Estimation of deliverables time required to execute the scope of work. </span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Early identification to the Lead </span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Designer</span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''> of areas of concern </span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>during the course of</span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''> any project or study with necessary corrective action identified.</span></span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''>Ensure operational and maintenance issues are addressed in the design.  Seeking input from operations and maintenance personnel.</span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''>Surveys, both onshore and offshore, to determine information to allow execution of workscopes.</span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Checking of </span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>department design deliverables</span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>.</span></span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''>Responsible for ensuring that all supervised personnel are aware of continuous improvement issues and new technology.</span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Remain up to date and knowledgeable with technical developments, client, national and international </span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>standards</span><span style=''box-sizing: border-box;''> and legislative requirements related to the position.</span></span></li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''><span style=''box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;''>During surveys/site visits communication with Operations and Maintenance personnel to ensure all requirements are fulfilled and determine any opportunities where PD&MS can provide engineering solutions to existing problems or for improving existing methods.</span></li>
