<b>Position description</b><br />
<br />
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Paralegal within our Project Development & Finance Practice Area to join the Law Organization of Saudi Aramco. Law is responsible for providing legal counsel and advisory services to Aramco&
39;s business units, subsidiaries and joint ventures. The Paralegal&
39;s primary role is to support the performance of legal activities within a specifically assigned functional area and assist their assigned attorneys in the performance of their duties.<br />
<br />
<b>Minimum requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&
39;s Degree from a recognized and approved university. In addition, a Paralegal Certification from a recognized national organization is highly preferred. You will have a minimum of six years of diversified experience with a law firm or in-house practice that is transactional in nature - specifically with respect to M&A, venture capital and/or joint venture transactions. Specific knowledge of Project Development & Finance practice area is required.<br />
<br />
Experience in the oil and gas, refining, chemicals, power or other energy-related industries is a plus.<br />
<br />
<b>Duties and responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
You will be required to perform the following:<br />
<br />
Support assigned attorneys with Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Joint Venture transactions.<br />
<br />
Prepare, review and process basic corporate law documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, purchase agreements, shareholders&
39; agreements.<br />
<br />
Organize due diligence materials and closing documents.<br />
<br />
Stay abreast of rules and regulations in various jurisdictions.<br />
<br />
Conduct research, gather facts and create draft forms for attorneys.<br />
<br />
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising attorneys.<br />
