LEGAL COUNSEL

<b> Overview </b><br><br><b> &bull; </b><br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br>Weatherford have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department in Moscow. <br><br><b> Job Duties: </b><br><br><ul><li> Pre-court negotiations with counterparties (preparation of legal position, negotiation and correspondence, draft claims, practical measures to interact with counterparty </li><li> Litigation on all stages in general courts and arbitration (preparation of legal position, lawsuits, representation in court hearings, review of court materials and process documents </li><li> Representation of legal entity and its employees with administrative cases, support of audits, receipt of acts and protocols, preparation and submission of motivate refusals, court representation </li><li> Defense of rights and lawful interests of the company while interacting with state and municipal authorities, counterparties and employees </li><li> Legal support of relationships with partners, counterparties and competitors </li><li> Internal legal work (compliance with corporate regulations, preparation of internal documents </li><li> conflict resolution work </li><li> Preparation of written legal opinions , memos , providing of consultations </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><b> Requirements </b><br><ul><li> Higher Education - Law Degree </li><li> Expereince in a similar role </li><li> Previous experience dealing with claims and litigation is essential </li><li> ideally experience working in an Oil and Gas industry or similar industry </li><li> English language - Intermediate level </li><li> Advanced knowledge with Civil, Administrative and Process Law </li><li> Excellent written and spoken language skills </li><li> Accurace and attention to detail </li><li> Available for Business Trips </li><li> Excellent computer skills </li><li> Expereince in 1C system </li></ul>
