<p>Permanent HR Advisor, Northampton, £28,000-£30,000 + benefits <br /><br /><br />Your new company <br /> An exciting opportunity for a permanent HR Advisor, within a fast-paced, leading, global distribution organisation in Northamptonshire.<br /> <br /> Your new role <br /> As a permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a small, friendly HR team in a true generalist role. This role is very much hands on and operational, you will own the delivery of key people processes and will support with the implementation of organisational and system changes, supporting with talent management and development and improvement projects.<br /> Responsibilities will include:<br /> Developing relationships with senior stakeholders and championing HR best practice.<br /> Managing disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management , maternity, paternity and flexible working.<br /> Assist in the training and development of the management team.<br /> Support the Recruitment specialist in the recruitment process.<br /> Produce HR reports and utilise the data to improve processes.<br /> <br /> What you'll need to succeed <br /> You must have experience as an HR Advisor and must have experience managing ER cases from end-end. Alternatively you will have extensive experience as an HR Assistant or HR Co-ordinator, looking for that next step up and will have some experience of managing low level ER cases. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent or ideally be studying towards your CIPD. <br /> <br /> What you'll get in return <br /> An exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor.
