We collaborate with teams to solve complex technical challenges and design future innovations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Big Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing & implementing scalable and high-performance Data On Cloud solutions. You will partner with data engineering team, Platform team and Application teams to deliver cloud based Big Data and Analytical Solutions.<br><br>As a Big Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Designing and implementing scalable and high-performance data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources using Databricks in AWS or Azure . </li><li> Architecting scalable and re-usable frameworks for large scale data solutions </li><li> Integrating the end to end data pipelines to take data from source systems to intermediate and target data repositories ensuring the quality and consistency of data is maintained at all times </li><li> Following security guidelines to develop secure and compliant Cloud services by working with Risk and Security team </li><li> Implementing and managing Kubernetes environments </li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have bachelors with a minimum of 8+ yrs of experience in information technology<br></li><li>Have 3+ yrs experience in Solution/technical architecture in the cloud<br></li><li>Have 5+ yrs experience in Datawarehouse and Big data technologies. <br></li><li> Have considerable experience in Solution/technical architecture in the cloud </li><li> Have considerable experience in Big data frameworks (Preferably Databricks) </li><li> Have hands-on experience implementing data analytics solutions using Databricks with in depth understanding of Spark Architecture including Spark Core, Spark SQL, Data Frames </li><li> Experience with other Open Source big data products Hadoop </li><li> Expertise with Open Source non-relational / NoSQL data repositories Experience working with structured and unstructured data </li><li> Have familiarity with the Technology stack available in the industry for data management, data ingestion, capture, processing and curation </li><li> Databricks certifications are a plus </li></ul><br><br>working patterns:<br><ul><li>Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive</li></ul><br><br>Working with us<br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
