<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Develops and conduct annual safety training program and materials in different type of courses that are inline with corporate needs and standard for Refining Operations (Refining Operations and Chemical Plant) to cover the assets and activities and status spread over large area that include Refining Operations assets (27 Units) and the Chemical Plant (7 units) i.e. a total of 34 processing units, pipelines spread to WOQOD, Hamad International Airport (HIA) and other facilities, 10 utility units, two Berth, Pipelines to or from WOQOD/HIA, QAPCO/QVC and loadings sites, Emergency Loading, Waste Storage, Chemical Stores, 109 Storage Tanks, Maintenance yard, Workshops, and Contractor work yards and QATEX.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
Bachelor&
39;s degree in related Engineering Discipline such as Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Production engineering. Electrical/Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering for the delivery of specialize electrical related technical safety.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; Attended safety courses such as, Train the trainer. Obtained Certificate 4 (workplace training and assessment) or equivalent internationally recognized certificate. &bull; 10 years in the Oil and Petrochemical Industry, minimum 5 years in technical safety training and minimum 5 years work experiences in Production/Maintenance. &bull; Familiarity with process safety related international standards, codes of practice, guidelines and procedures is required &bull; Strong negotiation, computer, and presentation skills. &bull; Strong Communication Skills, Proficient in English (Written and Oral).<br />
