Interested in gaining experience in the different facets of Human Resources working directly with established HR professionals? Able and willing to relocate in an 18-month rotational program (6 months per rotation), focusing on three locations across the Suez WTS business (US based)? If you answered yes to both these questions, then the Suez WTS Graduate Rotational Program may be on interest to you. <br><br>The HR GRP program will provide graduates who wish to pursue/expand a career in Human Resources the solid foundation of diverse experiences, gaining exposure and application in the various aspects of Human Resources working in both an operational/industrial setting and a corporate setting, creating a well-rounded experience. The program requires a minimum commitment of 18 months and completion of the required technical training before consideration for other roles within the organization.<br><br>Graduates of the GRP program are developed as talent pipelines for many roles in the North America HR function. Project assignments will be based on business need and strategic initiatives within the 18-month program. Learning and experience projects may include:<br>&bull; Employee Relations/Employee Experience<br>o Client Group Assignment with Daily HR Management<br>o Direct business exposure and understanding of Supply Chain and Engineering<br>o Policy application<br>o Coaching and Mentoring<br>&bull; COE's (Centers of Excellence)<br>o Talent Acquisition<br>o Compensation and Benefits<br>o Learning and Development<br>o HR Operations<br>&bull; Policy and Procedure Development<br><br>Project assignments will be based on strategic business initiatives and individual career aspirations. Main US Locations, as part of the rotation are Minneapolis (Minnetonka), MN, and Trevose, PA.
