Agility & Global Process Quality Leader

<p><b>Role Summary</b><br />
<br />
You will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution and maintenance for the continued development of the Agility Business Management System used throughout the OFE organization. You will also lead the standardization of critical processes within the OFE, to drive a more structured and standardized approach to how we operate.<br />
<br />
As the Agility &amp; Global Process Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:<br />
<br />
<b>Setting the longer term strategy for the Agility BMS to ensure it continues to support the changing requirements of OFE this would include:</b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring the BMS is understood, followed and improved to support execution and delivery</li>
<li>Integrating the wider support functions within OFE into the BMS</li>
<li>Moving to a process map based business management system</li>
<li>Integrating Agility into the other key software application used within OFE</li>
</ul>

<b>Leading the ongoing development of Agility across OFE, including implementing the key improvements needed in 2022:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Role Based semi automation</li>
<li>Document auto assignment</li>
<li>Visual Reports in user suite</li>
<li>Compliance navigator utilized fully</li>
<li>Quality Alerts Repository and Sharing mechanism</li>
</ul>

<b>Determine and lead the standardization of critical process required by OFE:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Engage with OFE leadership to understand where we need to standard processes within OFE</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to current Critical Quality processes</li>
<li>Lead the improvement within the P&amp;Ls of standardized processes</li>
<li>Lead the development and required rollout of standardized OFE processes</li>
</ul>

<b>Requirements</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Have proven experience in implementing a Business Management System / Quality Management System</li>
<li>Have proven experience in procedure creation, implementation and rollout within multinational organization</li>
<li>Be able to influence others and senior leadership to understand, own and implement key processes into their businesses.</li>
<li>Have excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Have experience working with global teams, including time-zone flexibility.</li>
</ul>
