We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br><br>Partner with the best <br><br>The Project Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for the development & delivery execution of the assigned supplier's quality performance, enforcing the TPS Supplier Qualification, Disqualification and Surveillance process and other Supplier Quality Roles and Responsibilities. In this role, she or he will follow an individual working plan, meet project related objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning<br><br>As a Project Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Project managing the execution of all Supplier Quality activities for assigned suppliers, such as (but not limited to): Supplier Qualification, Supplier Surveillance, Supplier nonconformance management resolution, Supplier's project risk identification, Procurement strategy recommendations.</li><li>Managing effective communication with internal Baker Hughes team (e.g. Procurement Buyers, Procurement Fulfillment Managers, Project Managers, Project Quality Managers, Project Engineers, etc.) and suppliers, to ensure quality and on-time delivery of supplied items.</li><li>Supporting Project Quality team in monitoring inspection dates and collecting vendor documentation, e.g. Manufacturing Data Records, TR&S certifications, etc.</li><li>Technical expediting on suppliers for the resolution of supplier's punch lists, related to project's quality inspection activities.</li><li>Managing Supplier Deviation Request (SDR) management for assigned suppliers.</li><li>Managing Supplier's related Non-Conformity Record (NCR or SR) management for assigned suppliers</li><li>Cooperating with Project Supplier Quality Engineer in root cause analysis execution, lesson learned identification and implementation, supplier-related CIR resolution.</li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion <br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have University Degree and >10 years equivalent technical working experience, or College Degree</li><li>Have practical knowledge of QA/QC tools and techniques</li><li> Have experience in fabrication, installation, and commissioning </li><li> Have practical experience as Certified Welding Inspector </li><li> Have practical experience in E&P Projects (LNG projects desired) </li><li> Have practical experience with LNG Equipment (LV MCC, MV SWGR, UPS, ATS, Pressure vessels, cold boxes) </li></ul><br><br>Desired Characteristics<br><ul><li>Have oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
