<b> JUNIOR HSE OFFICE COORDINATOR - EIRLALDR10 </b> <br> <br> We are looking for a <b>Junior HSE Office Coordinator </b>within Eni's <b>Aldro Energia</b> in Torrelavega, Spain. You will be responsible for implementing the Integrated Management System including Health, Safety and environmental best practice is in place and fully embedded in line with Aldro Energias company procedures. The role will be to ensure that there is a provision of competent safety advice to all managers and front-line staff across safety matters on both an emergency and routine basis. <br><br><b> About Aldro Energia </b> <br> <br> Aldro Energia is an electricity, gas and energy efficiency marketer operating in Spain and Portugal, with headquarters in the Cantabrian town of Torrelavega. Our objective is to provide sustainable solutions that contribute to the energy transition. <br><br><b> As a member of the HSE department at Aldro Energia, you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Conducting safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify action, and implement follow up assessments continuously </li> <li> Paining, implementing, and conducting preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs. </li> <li> Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices. </li> <li> Providing technical support to project managers. </li> <li> Reporting the status of projects to business and market leaders. </li> <li> Participating in team meetings and providing regular on-site project presence. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Engineering, or related discipline preferred </li> <li> Experience large scale commercial, government, or industrial project management experience </li> <li> Conflict management and problem-solving skills </li> <li> Leadership ability </li> <li> Multi-tasking ability </li> <li> Communication, meeting, and presentation skills </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Torrelavega, Spain. <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> Permanent.
