What will you do? Sales Incentive Programme: Participate in the deployment of the sales incentive compensation software (Xactly Incent) across the East Asia, Japan (EAJ region), driving the effective use & adoption of the software across the organization. Active involvement in requirements gathering and create documentation, maintain and update existing business processes based on business requests. Timely processing of Sales commission for sales employees and instruct payroll to pay accordingly. Developing and implementing strategies & solutions that optimize process efficiency for SIP process and data quality in SIP calculation. Subject Matter Expert for the integration/interfaces of HR data from the master HRIS (Oracle Fusion HCM) to Xactly. Support business requirements as needed. Providing functional & technical support to users by troubleshooting problems related to Xactly. Render L2 support for the SIP process for EAJ for Xactly system and calculation of payout. Working closely with Schneider Digital team, Business Development & Sales team to drive innovation in managing and processing SIP process end to end. Manage various stakeholders timely and communicate effectively on SIP process, enhancements, governance. Ensuring Rewards data integrity across various HR applications (e.g. TalentLink & Xactly Incent) Ensure compliance with global standards and maintaining efficiency while meeting critical deadlines Provide new solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and service delivery model Coordinate and prepare compensation reports and provide data based analysis to support plan discussion General: End-to-end process documentation such as maintain/create Work Process and Standard Operating Procedure, user guides and knowledge articles for end users such as employees, managers, s@S support and key users / administrator. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company policies and internal controls, and audits. Drive process alignment, work efficiencies and digitization. Embed continuous improvement as part of our DNA to provide seamless employee experience. Provide L2 support to s@S tickets that is within Xactly Manage and achieve s@S SLA ambition. Collaborate with Business Development team, Sales (Commercial Excellence) , Digital team and Rewards team to ensure success. What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or related field or equivalent of related experience. Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced and highly matrix organization. Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal relation skills; with strong attention to detail. Proactive, independent, meticulous, strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills. Highly analytical and process-oriented; excellent at problem-solving. Team player and strong customer orientation. Ability to interact with all levels in a highly performance-driven, dynamic, diverse and multicultural environment. What's in it for me?
