Our team innovates through digitization to constantly improve the value we provide.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for business. You will understand concepts, methods, procedures and approaches and have deep understanding of business.<br><br>As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Managing business cycle 3 year-plan, budget, defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization.</li><li>Analyzing the performance and proposing action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.</li><li>Detecting signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggesting improvements.</li><li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.</li><li>Supporting on quarterly closing cycles, reporting, annual budget preparation, controllership fundamentals, and coordinating finance-related activities across Supply Chain and FP&A functions. </li><li>Leading monthly closing and manage periodic financial reviews and reporting processes</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have BSc from an accredited university or college with a good experience in Finance</li><li>Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian</li><li>Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel</li><li>Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking initiative to lead and solve problems through collaboration</li><li>Have an EU Passport and be able to travel (up to 80%) internationally and to international BH sites.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
