We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative completion tools.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Production Quality Control Manager will demonstrate leadership in planning, directing, and coordinating quality control functions for assigned product lines and the business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.<br><br>As a Production Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Plan, direct, and coordinate quality control functions for assigned product lines<br></li><li>Direct and coordinate the overall quality activities covering various specifications and standards for materials, processes, and finished products to meet customer purchase order requirements<br></li><li>Plan and coordinate the activities of quality staff by managing quality responsibilities as assigned including: Complaint Data, Compliant CA/PA Planning, Execution, and Effectiveness Checks, Complaint file Closure and closure of all product defects and Trending<br></li><li>Support regulatory compliance and optimization of quality systems procedures relating to product complaint handling, adverse event reporting and product field actions through development, maintenance, and improvement of documented processes<br></li><li>Develop and implement quality metrics to drive manufacturing improvements and business results<br></li><li>Plan and supervise studies aimed at improving product quality and reliability<br></li><li>Analyze production and service limitations, then develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques to track the progress of improvement efforts<br></li><li>Contact customers and suppliers when necessary to confer on specific quality issues<br></li><li>Assist other departments as necessary in formulating new products, establishing standards for these products prior to initial production, or overcoming difficulties in the use of company products<br></li><li>Ensure a means of collecting and distributing compiled information to improve quality<br></li><li>Responsible for the administration of the quality system, including implementation and maintenance to regulatory requirements and standards such as applicable ISO standards<br></li><li>Ensure safe practices are used in compliance with all governmental regulations Identify, drive, mentor, and implement projects that improve overall production quality.<br></li><li>Work with Six Sigma Quality team to drive process changes<br></li><li>Select, hire, train and provide ongoing leadership of assigned personnel to meet schedules, quality and measurements, and organizational goals<br></li><li>Conduct training to quality processes as needed<br></li><li>Responsible for the Quality of all in-house manufactured products<br></li><li>Drive Lean effort within manufacturing focusing on Quality<br></li><li>Participate in HSE element and proactively involve in improving HSE culture in site<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will have:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in an engineering or quality position)<br></li><li>At least 3 additional years of experience in manufacturing or quality<br></li><li>Prior experience in areas of quality assurance such as: DOE, incoming material control, process control, systems performance, product evaluation, MSA, metrology, automated testing, and software<br></li><li>Ability to conduct internal and external quality audits to recognize improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to identify and implement effective CA/PA plans<br></li><li>Knowledge of quality standards including ISO 9001 Ability to work with people of various social, cultural, and religious backgrounds<br></li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<br></li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools<br></li><li>Lean background and/or Six Sigma Green Belt trained<br></li><li>Executive level presentation skills<br></li><li>Demonstrated ability to excel in all customer service areas<br></li><li>Responsible for meeting customer / business needs as well as developing direct reports<br></li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills<br></li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills<br></li><li>Process Improvement<br></li><li>Generate Technical Reports<br></li><li>Product knowledge<br></li><li>RCA techniques <br></li><li>Problem solving and Quality tools <br></li><li>Supervisory experience<br></li><li>ISO9001/APIQ1/API/ASME and other international codes.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
