What will you do? Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for Singapore/Malaysia/Brunei Cluster, including – but not limited to – developing sourcing strategies, mapping and headhunting niche talent, crafting the selection process, reviewing resumes, interviewing and assessing candidates, salary negotiations and closing of candidates Ability to evaluate the Talent landscape and advise business managers / partners on sourcing, and the acquisition approach to attract the best fit candidates in the Global Business Unit or Global Functions. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Use proactive and creative approaches to maintain an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels including direct network, job boards, social media, university relations and referrals. Take a data driven approach to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to stakeholders Work alongside broader HR teams and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and provide a high-touch experience to candidates Ensure compliance to all internal service level agreements What qualifications will make you successful? Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical recruitment in a MNC environment Able to adapt well in a fast paced working environment. Working knowledge of Taleo/ICIMS/other applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media and recruiting channels Strong data-backed mindset with the ability to understand and utilise recruitment metrics to influence hiring decisions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach Good business acumen and strong consulting skills to engage and influence the hiring managers and candidates Good project management and multi-tasking skills What's in it for me?
