Experience the challenges, rewards, and opportunities of working for one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy oil and gas industry. <br> <br> As a Compliance Attorney in LATAM, you will be responsible for independently providing international compliance advice, guidance, and training to Halliburton's business operations in the region on a wide range of subject matter areas addressed in Halliburton's Code of Business Conduct. You will perform legal due diligence, manage the Company's anti-corruption program in the region, serve on a High Risk Country tendering committee, supervise a team of Local Ethics Officers (LEOs), participate in compliance reviews, <br> and lead internal investigations. <br> <b>Qualifications: </b> <br> <br>&bull;Law degree and corresponding legal authorization according to home country <br> <br>&bull;Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience <br> <br>&bull;Bar member in good standing (if applicable in country where located) <br> <br>&bull;Knowledge of and experience working with international anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and similar Latin America laws <br> <br>&bull;Sound legal experience and a calm, confident, and practical solutions-oriented approach <br> <br>&bull;Strong presentation skills and a team player mentality, with the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively at all levels in the Halliburton organization <br> <br>&bull;Mandatory English and Spanish proficiency <br> <br>&bull;25 - 30% travel expectation <br> <br><b>Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
