The Global Services Finance area is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to be part of our Brazil Payroll operations. The successful candidate will be part of the group in charge to ensure a flawless execution & delivery excellence of the E2E Payroll process for 6.500+ employees divided into the diverse group of companies in Brazil. Responsibilities: Handle cross-areas and cross-countries Payroll related projects covering the exploration, design, implementation and stabilization. Activities cover but are not limited to perform and handle changes, communication, budget, results, partners and overall governance model; Design, implement and complete new processes and subprocesses within Payroll. Leading review and changes in the payroll process and subprocess, finding opportunity areas and addressing the respective actions. Leverage Continuous Improvements; Performing analytics. Define trends and addressing proactive actions to demonstrate customer experience, quality and turnaround time, as well as to reduce costs; Get along with different areas of business to identify needs and turn into solutions. Promote and sustain phenomenal partnerships; Build presentations and business cases. Prepare the content, coordinate and held meetings and workshops with different level of participants; Perform Issues Management. Reviewing root cause, impacts and addressing corrective & preventive actions Prepare and review process documentations (process flows and narratives) Support local Internal Controls and Compliance related activities. Participate of internal and external network groups to identify, bring and implement standard methodologies Identify needs, prepare materials and lead trainings related to Payroll process to team members Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related areas of knowledge Advanced level of English is required (Spanish is a plus) Knowledge in FPW (Workday is a plus) Knowledge of Payroll standard methodologies Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR area. Experience in project management Preferred experience in Shared Service Centers Experience in accounting/reconciliations (is preferred) Successful candidates shall have a very dynamic, analytical, proactive, innovative and hands-on profile, with a strong aim to quality, forming relationships, delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
