Responsibilities Handle candidate inquiries through the careers inbox, voicemail, and Talent Acquisition Partner requests. Coordinate single and panel interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience. Leverage all resources available through the iCIMS Talent Cloud to support a world class hiring process. Update and maintain the job template library, pending and active jobs, as needed. Follow up with hiring managers and interview participants to ensure candidate feedback after each interview. Consolidate interview feedback to support the decision-making process. Communicate with candidates regarding their application status, as requested by a Talent Acquisition Partner. Support global onboarding including pre-employment checks and system related onboarding tasks. Qualifications At least one year of experience coordinating Talent Acquisition activities, including the pre-employment process. Ability to prioritize critical tasks and effectively manage time to support a variety of responsibilities. Ability to maintain confidential data with discretion. Preferred Expert in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point (ATS experience is a huge plus) Must be customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally interact with all level of staff Strong organizational skills, proven attention to detail/accuracy is required Aptitude for effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously while operating in a proactive mode and driving to solutions & timelines.
