<b> IRC220216 - PROJECT HEALTH AND SAFETY ADVISOR (HSE ADVISOR CCS) </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b> Project Health and Safety Adviser (HSE ADVISOR CCS) </b> within <b>Eni UK</b> in <b>London</b>. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, supporting, facilitating or undertaking the Technical Safety / Health & Safety management and assessment activities associated with the Eni UK CCS Project Developments & associated Decommissioning activities covering FEED/Concept Definition, EPIC phases of the project(s) and preparation for SU & Operations. <br><br><b> As a member of HSEQ Team </b> <b>Eni UK you will be responsible for</b>: <br> <ul> <li> Coordinating and supporting of Eni Company / Project Gate Deliverables as per Project Plan </li> <li> Developing of the information required to support and provide the basis for Regulatory Compliance during FEED/Concept Definition and readiness for FID & EPIC for the H&S/Technical Safety aspects covering: </li> <li> Technical information to support dialogue with Regulators and Authorities </li> <li> Additional Technical / safety Studies </li> <li> HSE, Local Authorities, Emergency Services etc </li> <li> Safety Cases / Design Notifications </li> <li> Pipeline Safety Reports / Notifications </li> <li> Overall H&S Regulatory Compliance </li> <li> H&S/Technical Safety advice to internal company departments and technical disciplines </li> <li> Assessment, Evaluation and Coordination with External Contractors / ITT Processes </li> <li> Coordinating with External Consultancy support </li> <li> Coordinating with EUK, EUK Project, EPUK and the LBA operations team </li> <li> Adherence to the Company's Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures and standards. Fully comply with the Eni Code of Ethics and Law 231 principles. </li> <li> Complying with the HSE Critical roles should your position contain any HSE Critical tasks / duties. Please refer to the UK HSE IMS C1-SYS-01 - HSE Critical Roles - accessible via the Eni UK Intranet </li> <li> Reviewing, participating , inputting, supporting, facilitating or undertaking project H&S / Technical Safety Assessments and Deliverables, including, but not limited to : HSE Philosophies and Design Basis, Assessment and Compliance with Applicable Regulations and Standards, HAZIDs, HAZOPs, QRA and Consequence Assessment, SIL Assessments, Safety Layouts, F&G systems, MAH & Bowtie Assessments , SECE and Performance Standards, RAM Analysis, Emergency Response (Plans, ETRREA/EERA/ESSA etc) covering on and offshore, onsite and offsite, Preparation of Technical Notes and Assessments, HSE Risk & Compliance Registers, HSE Plan development, Review of Engineering Deliverables </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Degree Level Engineering or Science </li> <li> Previous experience of Process and Technical Safety within Oil And Gas or Process Industries - projects or operations Onshore & Offshore </li> <li> Delivery of FEED and EPIC Projects and Safety / Technical Safety requirements from Client / Contractor side (both preferred) </li> <li> UK On and Offshore Project Development/ Operations </li> <li> CCS Project experience & Technical / Personal CO2 related hazard assessment, safeguards & protection (preferred) </li> <li> Technical & Process Safety / Occupational H&S Assessment </li> <li> HSE Management Systems - Development and Implementation </li> <li> UK Regulations, Standards, Codes and Best Industry Practice </li> <li> Hazards & Risk Management - analysis / assessment, development of engineering / procedural controls & protection (Hydrocarbons, H2S, CO2, on and offshore major accident hazards, occupational & workplace H&S hazards). </li> <li> Information Assimilation and Report writing </li> <li> Communication and relationship building </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> London, occasional business travel may be required <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> Permanent <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
