HR GENERALIST

<b> IRC220140 - HR GENERALIST </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>HR Generalist </b>within <b>Eni Vietnam</b> in <b> Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. </b> You will be responsible for providing general support in HR team in recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, compliance, and personnel administration fields. <br><br><b> As a member of the Human Resources Department at Eni Vietnam </b><b> you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Ensuring constant update and accuracy of HR systems and personal filing; </li> <li> Providing data and working with payroll service provider(s) on monthly payroll calculation; personal income tax calculation and deceleration. Ensuring all compensations are complied with the Company's procedures and tax treatments are complied with local regulations; </li> <li> Supporting on annual review process and relevant C&B procedures; </li> <li> Ensuring timely submission of relevant HR reports to internal and external parties (i.e. Department of Labour - War Invalids and Social Affairs
