Bilingual Human Resources Services Representative

The Employee Experience Advisor actively contributes to the delivery of a comprehensive organization-wide HR programs that support and align with the Company’s objectives for a meaningful, empowered and inclusive experience for all SE talent. Responsibilities include day to day administration and coordination of company HR programs and handling of employee inquires related to those programs. Successful candidates are intrinsically motivated to perform and are passionate about helping others. What do you get to do in this position? Manage inquires and requests from employees, managers and HRBPs pertaining to HR programs and policies by handling calls, chats and self-service tickets in an online case management system Administer and coordinate various programs and maintain employee records in HR systems Collaborate with internal experts and communicate with all levels in the organization Identify trends and issues; initiate and lead continuous improvement activities Participate in special projects and assist with other administrative functions as required We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience.
