This may include responding to employee questions, updating and maintaining employment records, coordinating routine employment screenings, administering HR programs, and performing administrative tasks. Works independently in performing assignments with standardized procedures. <br><br><b> Location </b><ul> <li> Role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working both virtually and in office when required. </li> </ul><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><ul> <li> Plan and/or conduct US new employee orientation emphasizing Company Mission, Vision, and Values. </li> <li> Utilize case management to provide customer service supporting employees and managers. </li> <li> Coordinate medical screening while maintaining compliance with company, client, and government regulations. </li> <li> Administer the Leave of Absence program; handle FMLA issues. </li> <li> Assist with daily tasks and other projects supporting Employee Solutions Center leadership. </li> <li> Coordinate pre-employment background checks and distribute, review, and collect new hire paperwork from employees. </li> <li> Support Talent Acquisition with job postings. </li> <li> Oversee monthly invoicing allocation supporting Employee Solutions Center. </li> <li> Research and compile information for special projects.
