<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Finance student for the 2022 Fall Semester <br><br><b> Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to </b><b> : </b><br><ul><li> Verify with senior staff that requirements are completely defined for the project and gather information as needed </li><li> Document and maintain requirements and other relevant information regarding work assignments </li><li> Demonstrate skills and techniques learned in university to aid in problem solving and completion of assigned tasks </li><li> Accept assignments and projects that relate to the field of study </li><li> Analyze projects / processes and provide recommendations to senior management regarding possible improvements </li><li> Achieve mutually agreed upon goals during internship </li><li> Assists other members in the department with projects, when needed </li><li> Perform other related duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><b> Skills Requirements: </b><br><ul><li> Strong interpersonal skills </li><li> Willingness to try new things and remains open to others' ideas </li><li> Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment </li><li> Can prioritize and plan work activities, in turn uses time efficiently </li><li> Follows policies and procedures </li><li> Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction </li><li> Undertakes self-development activities and seeks increased responsibilities </li><li> Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently with others </li><li> Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; asks for clarification when required </li><li> Writes clearly and informatively and is focused on details </li></ul><br><b> Education and Experience Requirements: </b><br><ul><li> Currently attending a university program </li><li> Proficient computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
