39;s skills to drive success for our clients today. </p><p></p><p><b><b>About the role</b></b></p><p></p><p>The Client Administration Support role will vary depending on your individual experience and skill set, and also by the nature of the individual projects you will work on.</p><p></p><p>Our capabilities stretch across a number of business pillars including Financial Crime, Business Operations, Compliance Testing, Customer Management, PMO Services and Legal Operations. We have c 3,000 people located in our purpose built, secure delivery centre in Belfast and across our regional offices in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Cardiff; as well as on a range of client sites. </p><p></p><p><b>For this Client Administration Support role</b><b>, responsibilities may include;</b></p><ul><li><p>Research, review and collation of a range of documents, reports and information.</p></li><li><p>Carry out compliance checks on client documentation and systems.</p></li><li><p>Monitor a range of financial transactions and evidence findings.</p></li><li><p>Regulatory remediation and quality compliance testing.</p></li><li><p>Data input of key information into spreadsheets and proprietary systems.</p></li><li><p>Contract and document review to identify key facts, anomalies, etc.</p></li><li><p>Complaint handling and customer management.</p></li><li><p>Providing governance and standardisation support for programmes across PwC core lines of service and for our global clients. </p></li><li><p>Support delivery of regulatory change programmes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Skills and experience</b></b></p><ul><li><p>A Level or equivalent qualifications and GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above).</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in some of the following types of roles; administration, research and analysis, business or operations support and/or client or customer management. </p></li><li><p>Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work.</p></li><li><p>Ability to efficiently manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Self-starters and motivated to succeed.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communicators both verbal and written.</p></li><li><p>Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications.</p></li></ul><br /><p><strong>Not the role for you?</strong><br />Did you know PwC offer <a href="http://pwctrk.co.uk/tp/rj6_YRe1p-J.K" rel="no-follow">flexible contract</a> arrangements as well as <a href="http://pwctrk.co.uk/tp/rj6_uo6An.J.K" rel="no-follow">contingent work</a> (ie temporary or day rate contracting)?<br /><br /><strong>The skills we look for in future employees</strong><br />All our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
