Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in electrical submersible pumps with Artificial Lift requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>Baker Hughes is currently hiring a Technical Training Instructor for the Artificial Lift System product line.<br><br>As Artificial Lift Technical Training Instructor, you'll provide expertise in technical learning, designs and training solutions for Artificial Lift. You'll develop and deliver Artificial Lift field operations technical trainings virtually and in-person, internally and externally. You will be responsible to maintain Artificial Lift equipment at the training center and manage the inventory levels.<br><br>As a Technical Training Instructor, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Providing instructional training for Electrical Submersible Pump, Horizontal Pump, Variable Speed Drive, Downhole sensors; installation, troubleshooting, and field location assessments</li><li>Advancing ESP completion equipment, i.e., Y-tools, PODS, Trans coil, DST installation and troubleshooting</li><li>Managing content and course development to adult learning methodologies</li><li>Designing, course structuring, and custodian of assigned courses</li><li>Conducting training in Countries of assigned Region</li><li>Monitoring employee participation and adherence to training schedules</li><li>Communicating technical and non-technical training gaps for the career development Program to the Technical Training Management Team</li><li>Participating to Technical Training Team meetings, projects & activities and provide the best supports for the team direction and strategy.</li><li>Handling communication with different districts and manages trainings roster and registration.</li><li>Maintaining equipment at the training center per the procedures.</li><li>Conducting regular inventory/asset count.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of experience in Services).</li><li>5+ years of industry experience in designated product line</li><li>Have extensive experience in Artificial Lift field operations.</li><li>Have sound knowledge about Baker Hughes Artificial Lift processes.</li><li>Have excellent leadership, good interpersonal, influencing and planning skills</li><li>Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems</li><li>Have Strong project management skills</li><li>Have demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization</li><li>Be able to travel up to 25% to all countries in assigned region.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><ul><li>Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive</li></ul><br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
