Job Overview The Professional Services Resource Manager is a critical member of Professional Services team, ensuring our Customers’ projects are resourced appropriately and our team members’ maintain a balanced workload. In this role, you will collaborate with the entire Professional Services team, as well with our colleagues in Partner Programs, Sales, and Customer Success. Responsibilities Assess resource utilization data, then allocate resources to Customer projects, ensuring workload is balanced and Customers are aligned with appropriate resources at the right time Liaise with Sales and Client Partner teams to understand upcoming resource needs Monitor utilization and resource allocation data and metrics; provide recommendations for continuous improvement Gather and maintain data around resources’ skills and experience Be an expert on iCIMS’ Professional Services Automation tool (FinancialForce) and advise users on its proper use Drive collaboration and communication of cross functional, globally dispersed teams Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting delivery or project management Self-directed team player; work well both autonomously and with others in a fast-paced atmosphere Excellent problem solving, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution skills; able to proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend process improvements Comfortable with change and prioritizing requests amongst competing demands for resources Outstanding analytical skills, proficient at understanding metrics and interpreting the business need Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competent with desktop productivity tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Experience handling resource allocation in a technology environment preferred Experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA preferred EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs. Compensation and Benefits The target total compensation for this role is $57,800 - $77,000 Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
