Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.<br><br><b>As a Lead Financial Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:</b><br><br> &bull; Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning; <br><br> &bull; Analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period; <br><br> &bull; Advising functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field; <br><br> &bull; Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems; <br><br> &bull; Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; <br><br> &bull; Have experience in Finance; <br><br> &bull; Have experience in Cash Flow Planning and Analysis; <br><br> &bull; Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; <br><br> &bull; Be a good communicator in English, Spanish & Portuguese. <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
