Baker Hughes has an opportunity for an excellent candidate to join its team in Gabon as a Billings and Collections Specialist.<br />
<br />
As a Billing &amp; Collections Leader, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.</li>
<li>Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area</li>
<li>Handling diverse clients in a region and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.</li>
<li>Handling standardized project processes and guidelines to ensure they will be implemented in the department</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree or a high school diploma/GED with good experience in client services</li>
<li>Demonstrate good experience in Customer Service Management</li>
<li>Be fluent in the English language</li>
<li>Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.</li>
<li>Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team</li>
</ul>
