Management Training Specialist

Republic Finance is look for a Management Training Specialist to join our team! The Management Training Specialist will be involved in the implementation of Salesforce companywide and will be responsible for collaborating & creating elements of the leadership and professional development program at Republic Finance. Job Responsibilities are as follows: Collaborates with subject matter experts, project groups, and Operations stakeholders to ensure training content is complete and accurate. Plans and schedules training facilitation. Designs, prepares, and delivers training material and activities to target audiences. Materials include, but are not limited to, Power Point decks; resource guides; checklists; quick reference guides; update emails; and announcements. Activities include, but are not limited to, live webinars; recorded webinars and demos; regional calls; workshops; focus groups; and Q&A sessions. Design, develop and deliver management and leadership training designed to build effective management/leadership skills. Work with management, executive leadership, and other department representatives to assess future talent needs and build bench strength. Ensure training program goals align with desired business results and impact key business indicators. Research and recommend vendors, technologies, and materials that would benefit program development. Perform scheduled or ad hoc updates to course documentation to ensure timeliness and relevance. Manage multiple program development projects simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines. Make any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate. Attend and participates in meeting, projects and teams as required. Requirements A minimum of three years of experience in field operations with leadership experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to plan, develop, and implement training via instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats. Must have strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and demands from the organization. Outstanding verbal and written skills. Experience with eLearning authoring tools is a plus; preferably Articulate. Strong writing and editing skills. A good understanding of the learning and development industry. Ability to travel to other locations to support training needs at multiple locations when required. Professional appearance, dress, and presentation.
